This spider is a vivid and original souvenir. The spider is very similar to an authentic Poecilotheria Metallica tarantula, imitating the real creature. Poecilotheria Metallica is considered one of the most beautiful tarantulas in the world. The vibrant coloration and magnificent pattern on its body will leave no one indifferent.
For intermediate crocheters.
The spider is crocheted with mohair yarn; the body is stuffed with fiberfill; the legs are mounted on a flexible wire frame. The pattern is made by dry felting.
There is a video tutorial in which I show you how to create this pattern and turn a crocheted souvenir into a very realistic tarantula.
Measures approximately 7.9 inches (20 cm).
Materials:
1. Yarn: “Alize” 3.53 oz/875 yds (100g/800m). Total 07 oz/20 gr.
2. Beige felting wool for filling.
wool in white, yellow and blue color for pattern.
4. Plastic beads for eyes diam 0.16”/4 mm – 2 pcs.
5. Metal wire diam – 0.06”(1.5 mm); 60”(150 cm) long.

You are welcome to sell the items you make using this pattern. If you do, I would be grateful if you would acknowledge my authorship. However, please do not sell/share the pattern itself.
Note: You can buy such a finished tarantula in my shop under this link

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me; I am happy to help.
Thank you very much.
